And Women Were Never Taught How to Use It
Women are not taught to sell.
They are taught to connect, sense, relate, and lead
then handed sales models built for pressure and performance.
When those models don’t fit, women hesitate.
They question themselves.
They pull back at the moment of the ask.
And yet, the data shows that women outperform men in sales
when they sell using their natural strengths.
Connection. Presence. Curiosity. Discernment.
What’s missing is understanding,
and a system that brings those strengths together.
That’s where my work begins.

Why I Teach Sales This Way
I began my career in residential interior design and stepped into a male-dominated, commission-based sales environment where performance was publicly measured.
Within my first year, I broke income records, earned national sales awards, and consistently sold over $1.3 million annually, ranking #1 out of more than 2,000 sales professionals.
I didn’t do it with pressure or scripts.
I did it by selling in alignment with how I naturally lead.
That experience became the foundation of the work I do with women today.
Most women are taught sales in pieces.
Mindset without skill.
Confidence without structure.
Strategy without authority.
It ties together how a woman leads, how she communicates value,
how she prices, and how decisions actually get made,
so sales stops feeling situational.
When the Red String is in place,
a woman doesn’t need the right room, the right script, or the right moment.
She can sell anywhere.
That’s power in the right hands.
And in a world undergoing a massive wealth transition,
who holds that power matters.
My mission is to give women access to wealth through sales.
